Congratulations!

You didn’t come this far to stop, and you deserve some help.

After so much frustration with creating my own dissertation in MS Word, I wondered why no homogeneous template exists that can be used to copy and paste your text.

Well, when writing my own dissertation, I created a template on LaTeX that follows the UCSF dissertation and thesis guidelines and works well on Overleaf—an online-based LaTeX editor.

While it is best to write your dissertation here from the beginning, you can also copy your text from MS Word to Overleaf. I know you have some questions on how to use it. Do not worry, I provide them in the link.

While this resource is (and always will be) completely free, your donations are always appreciated and are used towards the maintenance and improvement of the project to make it as easy as possible for everyone!

The only requirement is to have a GitHub account.

Any feedback and comments are greatly appreciated!

Happy writing!
